The symposium is open to senior undergraduate students, postgraduate students, lecturers, practitioners, and independent scholars.

The registration fee relies on a single submission. More submissions are possible for one account, but the fee must be paid for each accepted article. The registration fee covers attendance to all sessions, conference program e-book, and certificate of participation. The registration fee DOES NOT cover the publication process fee.

Early bird registration fee: Rp 250.000

Regular registration fee: Rp 500.000

Payments are accepted through bank transfer

To register, please visit conference.ui.ac.id and find INUSHARTS 2020. Participants should create an account to submit an extended abstract (and full paper). If you have an existing account on conference.ui.ac.id, you can use the account. If you have lost your login password, you can reset it by following the steps on the page.

Cancellation of participation will NOT be fully refunded if payment has been made.

Selected papers will be proposed for the following types of publication:

  1. National E-Proceeding ISSN

The conference e-proceeding will be published at the end of the year and it will be a non-edited proceeding.

  1. International Review on Humanities Studies (Special Issue) (DIKTI SINTA 4, Copernicus, Europub, Base, Scilit)

The second layer publication is a special issue in IRHS (http://irhs.ui.ac.id) an international journal (indexed by Copernicus and other indexing institutions (check the website)) managed by PPKB, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. The special issue will be published in October 2020. Authors will be charged with Article Processing Charge (USD 150).

  1. International Proceeding by Atlantis Press (proposed to be indexed by Scopus)

The third layer publication is international proceeding published by Atlantis Press, which will be proposed to be indexed by Scopus. Authors will be charged with Article Processing Charge (USD 90) and copyediting service fee by ENAGO (USD 0,050/word).

  1. Scopus-indexed Journal

The fourth layer publication is article to be published in the Scopus-indexed journal. Faculty of Humanities UI will provided the authors with writing clinics (post-symposium). In the writing clinic, we will invite the experts that will mentor and guide the authors for the revision and submission process to the journals. Authors will be charged with workshop fee (to be confirmed) and substantive editing service fee by ENAGO (USD 0,065/word).
